Без учителя ученик не может быть образован. То есть, чем выше профессионализм педагога, тем выше качество образования. Профессиональное мастерство учителя, обладая общими характеристиками практики, расширяет педагогические явления как передающий новаторских новых тенденций, новых знаний учащимся. Сегодня спрос на учителей очень высок. Это связано с тем, что меняются цели образования, обновляется содержание учебной информации, меняются средства педагогического общения. Необходимым условием модернизируемой системы образования является повышение квалификации учителей, являющихся ключевой фигурой любой педагогической системы. Они должны обладать духовными качествами, знаниями, умениями, любовью к своему делу, способностью постоянно учиться, развиваться, повышать свое профессиональное мастерство. Одним из важнейших этапов в жизни ребенка является обучение и воспитание в школе. Ведь система образования, в которой обучается ребенок, и учитель, у которого он учится, оказывают влияние на приобретение ребенком этих знаний и развитие его личности. Ведь профессионализм педагога помогает ученику быть успешным не только в учебе, но и в жизни. В данной статье рассматриваются направления формирования педагогического мастерства педагогов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The main mechanism for improving the quality of education in the preparation of a competitive personality is an educated teacher. Without a teacher, the student cannot be educated. That is, the higher the professionalism of the teacher, the higher the quality of education. The professional skill of the teacher, having the general characteristics of practice, expands pedagogical phenomena as a transmitter of innovative new trends, new knowledge to students. Today the demand for teachers is very high. This is due to the fact that the goals of education are changing, the content of educational information is being updated, the means of pedagogical communication are changing. A necessary condition for a modernized education system is the advanced training of teachers, who are a key figure in any pedagogical system. They must have spiritual qualities, knowledge, skills, love for their work, the ability to constantly learn, develop, improve their professional skills. One of the most important stages in a child's life is education and upbringing at school. After all, the education system in which the child is studying, and the teacher from whom he is studying, influence the acquisition of this knowledge by the child and the development of his personality. After all, the professionalism of the teacher helps the student to be successful not only in school, but also in life.
