Основные технологические проблемы можно разделить на несколько основных областей: совместимость и интеграция платформ, внедрение искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) и чат-ботов, масштабируемость и обработка данных, многоязычность и локализация, а также аспекты безопасности и правовые аспекты. Для обеспечения совместимости между системами управления обучением (LMS) часто используется стандарт совместимости инструментов обучения (LTI), но в процессе внедрения возникают проблемы с синхронизацией учетных записей пользователей и выставлением оценок. Внедрение ИИ повышает поддержку обучающихся, но создает риски, такие как ограниченное понимание контекста, недостоверность решений (XAI) и технологические галлюцинации. Платформы требуют обработки больших объемов данных (клики, журналы, результаты тестов), что приводит к перегрузке серверов и необходимости использования специальных серверов, таких как Milvus. Проблемы многоязычия возникают из-за ошибок машинного перевода, особенно в технических терминах, а проблемы безопасности включают соответствие GDPR и управление авторскими правами. Данное исследование представляет собой систематический обзор литературы и основано на анализе 27 научных статей, опубликованных в период с 2020 по 2026 год, включая еще 7 научных статей по этой теме, индексированных в базе данных Scopus. В этих статьях рассматриваются технологические решения проблем, включая технологию RAG, графы знаний (EduKGs) и подходы с участием человека. Кроме того, 20 статей были включены в материалы международной научной конференции «Европейский саммит заинтересованных сторон MOOC – EMOOCS 2025», которая состоится в Университете Télécom Paris, Палезо, Франция, с 30 июня по 2 июля 2025 года Результаты демонстрируют взаимосвязь технологических и педагогических факторов в развитии платформ HELC и на этой основе позволяют повысить эффективность образования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The development and use of massive open online courses (MOOC) platforms are associated with some complex technological issues that affect the quality of learning and the availability of educational content. The main technological issues can be divided into several areas: platform interoperability and integration, the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) and chatbots, scalability and data processing, multilingualism and localization, and security and legal aspects. The Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) standard is often used to ensure interoperability between learning management systems (LMS), but during implementation, problems arise with synchronizing user accounts and assigning grades. The introduction of AI increases support for learners, but poses risks such as limited contextual understanding, decision inauthenticity (XAI), and technological hallucinations. The platforms require processing large amounts of data (clicks, logs, test results), leading to server overload and necessitating specialized servers such as Milvus. Multilingualism issues arise from machine translation errors, especially in technical terms, while security concerns include GDPR compliance and copyright management. This study is a systematic literature review and is based on an analysis of 27 scientific articles published between 2020 and 2026, including an additional 7 scientific articles on this topic indexed in the Scopus database These articles address technological solutions to the problems, including RAG technology, knowledge graphs (EduKGs), and human-in-the-loop approaches.
