Студенты выпускного курса специальностей «Психология», «Педагогика и психология» изучали модуль «Психология лидерства и успеха» в рамках следующих дисциплин: «Психология менеджмента», «Практикум специализации», «Психодиагностика». В статье проанализировано то, что использование проектного обучения в процессе обучения в вузе ведет к созданию благоприятных условий для успешного овладения ими основными формами учебной деятельности. Проектная методика позволит решить ряд важных проблем: - занятия переходят к практическим действиям, влияющим на эмоциональную сферу студентов, что повышает мотивацию; - студенты получают возможность самостоятельно получать необходимую информацию, осуществлять творческую работу в рамках данной темы.; - в проекте успешно реализуются различные формы организации учебной деятельности, в ходе которых студенты взаимодействуют и становятся равными партнерами и консультантами как друг с другом, так и с преподавателем</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the period from August 2016 to March 2017 at the Atyrau state University named after Kh.Dosmukhamedov conducted experimental work on the introduction of elements of the PBL methodology by analogy with project training. Students of the final year majors "Psychology", "Pedagogy and psychology" studied the module "Psychology of leadership and success" in the following disciplines: "Psychology of management", "Practice of specialization", "Psychodiagnostics".
