В современных условиях необходимость развития промышленного производства усиливается. Казахстану как малой экономике с большими запасами сырья необходимо дальнейшее проведение структурных преобразований в части увеличения доли обрабатывающей промышленности, чтобы побороть «голландскую болезнь». Это важно для решения проблемы зависимости развития казахстанского общества от колебаний мировых цен на минеральные ресурсы, в том числе, нефть. Поэтому проблема достижения устойчивого экономического роста за счет обеспечения опережающих темпов производства в обрабатывающей промышленности, повсеместного использования новых технологий, динамичного роста наукоемких производств актуальна по сей день. Происходящие при этом структурные изменения способствуют развитию не только экономики, но и всех сфер общественной жизни.Цель статьи – рассмотреть место и проанализировать состояние обрабатывающей промышленности Казахстана в структурных процессах 2018-2023 гг. В статье авторами анализируется место обрабатывающей промышленности в процессах структурных преобразований экономики Казахстана за период 2018-2023 гг. Для анализа использовались имеющиеся официальные статистические данные.Анализ показал, что доля обрабатывающей промышленности в валовой добавленной стоимости выросла, что повлияло на структуру промышленности и экономики в целом, также изменилась внутренняя структура данного сектора в пользу роста удельного веса машиностроения. Эти изменения можно считать позитивными. По мнению авторов, мотивирующим фактором для дальнейших изменений будут более высокие уровни рентабельности и рост производительности труда. Однако исследование показывает, что такие показатели, как рентабельность и производительность, все еще более высоки в добывающем секторе, что является сдерживающим фактором структурных изменений.
In modern conditions, the need to develop industrial production is increasing. Kazakhstan, as a small economy with large reserves of raw materials, needs to use instruments to regulate structural transformations in terms of improving the share of the manufacturing industry to overcome the “Dutch disease”. This is important for solving the problem of Kazakhstan's dependence on the fluctuations of world prices for mineral resources, including oil, for further development of its society. Therefore, the problem of achieving sustainable economic growth by ensuring advanced rates of production in the manufacturing industry, widespread use of new technologies, and dynamic growth of knowledge-intensive industries is relevant to this day. The structural changes that occur during this process contribute to the development of not only the economy but also all spheres of social life.The purpose of the article is to consider the place and analyze the state of the manufacturing industry in Kazakhstan in the structural processes of 2018-2023. In the article, the authors analyse the place of the manufacturing industry in the processes of structural transformation of the economy of Kazakhstan for the period 2018-2023. The available official statistical data were used for the analysis.The analysis showed that the share of the manufacturing industry in gross value added increased, which affected the structure of the industry and the economy as a whole; also, the internal structure of this sector changed in favour of the growth of the specific weight of machine building. These changes can be considered positive. According to the authors, the motivating factor for further changes will be higher levels of profitability and labour productivity growth. However, the study shows that such characteristics as profitability and productivity are still higher in the extractive sector, which is a deterrent to structural change.
