Целью статьи является определение уровня доступности социально значимых продуктов питания в стране, а также изучение роли трудовых ресурсов в аграрном секторе как одного из основных механизмов регулирования проблем в нем. В статье проведен анализ динамических изменений объема потребления социально значимых продуктов питания населением республики за 2018-2024 годы и соответствия этих показателей научно обоснованной физиологической норме потребления продуктов питания на душу населения. Кроме того, проведен сравнительный анализ численности занятого населения в сфере сельского хозяйства по видам экономической деятельности и их заработной платы. В результате исследования были выявлены ряд проблем, препятствующих обеспечению продовольственной безопасности страны, в том числе нестабильная динамика производства сельскохозяйственной продукции в валовом внутреннем продукте (ВВП), зависимость от импорта продовольствия, проблемы в сфере переработки пищевых продуктов и отсутствие адекватной продовольственной безопасности в сельскохозяйственном секторе, сокращение рабочей силы и сохранение минимальной заработной платы в этом секторе. В статье подчеркивается необходимость стабильной занятости трудовых ресурсов в аграрном секторе и поддержание стабильности средней заработной платы как основного механизма эффективного решения этой проблемы. Также изучена разница между среднегодовой эффективной нормой потребления основных продуктов питания населением на душу населения и фактическим объемом потребления. В этих целях научно обосновано, что государственные и местные исполнительные органы должны уделять особое внимание развитию различных организационных форм сельскохозяйственной кооперации и расширению несельскохозяйственной деятельности.
The purpose of the article is to determine the level of accessibility of socially significant food products in the country, as well as to study the role of labor resources in the agricultural sector as one of the main mechanisms for regulating problems in it. The article analyzes the dynamic changes in the volume of socially significant food consumption by the population of the republic for 2018-2023 and the compliance of these indicators with the scientifically based physiological norm of food consumption per capita. In addition, a comparative analysis of the number of employed people in agriculture by type of economic activity and their wages was carried out. As a result of the study, a number of problems were identified that hinder the country's food security, including: unstable dynamics of agricultural production in gross domestic product (GDP), dependence on food imports, problems in food processing and lack of adequate food security in the agricultural sector, reduction of the labor force and the maintenance of minimum wages in this sector. The article highlights the need for stable employment of labor resources in the agricultural sector and maintaining the stability of average wages as the main mechanism for effectively solving this problem. The differences between the average annual effective rate of consumption of basic foodstuffs by the population per capita and the actual volume of consumption were also studied. To this end, it is scientifically justified that state and local executive bodies should pay special attention to the development of various organizational forms of agricultural cooperation and the expansion of non-agricultural activities.
