В статье отмечается, что перед современной системой образования стоит задача формирования гендерной культуры будущих учителей, и что ее реализация возможна не только через интеграцию гендерного компонента в образование, но и через интеграцию гендерной педагогической культуры в образовательную политику. Кроме того, при ознакомлении с содержанием статей авторы обращают внимание на профессиональную направленность, академическую культуру письма, эрудицию авторов, соблюдение публикационной этики, наличие ссылок на зарубежные и российские источники, качество анализа данных и т. д. изученные характеристики, такие как. Дается общая характеристика развития женских и гендерных исследований в современный период их экстенсивного развития после бурного подъема и расцвета в конце 90-х и начале 2000-х годов.
Одной из основных задач гендерных исследований и профориентации является определение степени соответствия общественных стереотипов действительности, то есть насколько они ошибочны или верны. В то же время противоречия в развитии среднего образования еще не сформулированы, и их разрешение возможно лишь на основе учета гендерных особенностей педагогической культуры учителя в процессе ее развития. С учетом гендерного компонента формируются педагогические условия повышения педагогической культуры учителя, обеспечивающие профессионально-личностную самоидентификацию и самореализацию учителя.
The article notes that the modern education system faces the task of forming the gender culture of future teachers and that its realization is possible not only through the integration of the gender component into education but also through the integration of gender pedagogical culture into educational policy. One of the main tasks of gender studies and professional orientation is to determine the degree of conformity of social stereotypes with reality, that is, how true or false they are. At the same time, the contradictions in the development of secondary education have not yet been formulated, and their resolution is possible only on the basis of taking into account the gender characteristics of the teacher's pedagogical culture in the process of its development. Taking into account the gender component, pedagogical conditions for improving the teacher's pedagogical culture are formed, which ensure the professional and personal self-identification and self-realization of the teacher.
